Secure Global Desktop install/config guides
By mplona on Sep 03, 2008
Some people have asked how to install, config and connect to Active Directory their Secure Global Desktop installations.
Almost all questions (which I received) refer to Windows only installations so here it is.
However it's quite easy to later on extend installation to Linux/Unix/Mainframe apps too.
HERE HERE you'll find an install guide which will help to:
- install SGD
- make Your SGD installation Win only (delete default Unix apps and create some Win only ones)
- turn on secured https connections
- connect SGD with Active Directory, so users can log in to SGD and run Win applications with 'single sign on'.
People who need to add new servers, apps and deploy them to users will find
HERE HERE short instruction how to do that.
Scripts which do all those automagic are HERE.
Comment, question, need some other function? Fell free to email me.
