Across the country, college campuses are buzzing with activity, as students hit the books in preparation for midterms. However, learning opportunities aren’t exclusive to students. Business and finance leaders in higher education looking to outpace change should attend this fall’s premier IT event for higher learning.
EDUCAUSE 2019 will be held in Chicago, October 14-17. Participants will be in the windy city for what I consider the best season: fall. The fall foliage will create scenic backgrounds at must-see attractions like Cloud Gate (i.e. The Bean), Navy Park, the Skydeck at Willis Tower, and the Art Institute of Chicago, where we’ll be hosting a networking reception on Tuesday night.
Oracle, a platinum partner at this year’s EDUCAUSE, will be leading several key learning opportunities you can’t afford to miss!

This event, “Launching into the Future; Powered by the Past” will focus on topics such as key financial and resource administration, change and strategic management, innovation, collaboration, leadership, and prudent risk-taking for higher education’s institutional members and business officers.
The Rocky Mountain Association of Student Financial Aid Administration (RMASFAA) 2019 Conference, “Expedition 406,” takes place October 20-23 in Billings, Montana. The conference offers opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and increased communication within the growing community of higher education institutions in the financial aid administration.
