In 2018, Inc Magazine called San Antonio a "tech hotspot" for its burgeoning cybersecurity sector. Ranked within the top 50 markets for tech talent, it’s no surprise the city was chosen to host Collaborate 2019. It’s the perfect location to network with an incredible group of people from across the nation, and learn for yourself why 97% of past attendees would recommend Collaborate to a colleague.

Collaborate 2019 is this year's annual meeting of the Oracle Application User Group (OAUG). The week-long event will provide attendees with the requisite insight to maximize their organization’s investment in Oracle applications and ultimately allow them to work more effectively. Experts will also provide cutting-edge guidance for migrating to the cloud so organizations can start planning strategically for the future.

San Antonio is home to the Spurs, the Alamo, and the Riverwalk. The unique attractions of San Antonio will provide attendees with some truly unique learning opportunities.

  • All aboard! Travel buffs like me can enjoy a river cruise while learning more about Oracle products, along with the history of San Antonio. Seats for the River Boat Talks are limited and are first-come, first-serve, so get in line early!
  • Interested in getting a quick, crash course on a topic? Sign up for a Turbo Talk. These sessions are finished in half the time of regular sessions. They are concise, intimate, and informal.
  • Eager to unpack complex, nuanced topics? Join an In-Depth Workshop. In these intensive, informative sessions you can learn about topics like data governance and control, and experience hands-on analytics.
  • Want to learn about others’ experience moving to the cloud? Sign up for a Cloud Panel comprised of a mixture of users and experts. Learn about their first steps, the challenges that may arise, and whether the move is right for your organization.

Although Collaborate is an independent event organized by three user communities, Oracle will have over 400 representatives on hand to engage, listen, and share news with you about Oracle software. This is a great opportunity to meet the folks behind your products.

On April 8th, Oracle Senior Vice President Steve Daheb will deliver a keynote on exploring personalized pathways to the cloud. It will be an informative and in-depth talk you won’t want to miss.

Register today for Collaborate19.
