The moment I knew I was not in Alabama anymore

My family and I have found a church in Beijing that we like, Beijing International Christian Fellowship. It's very different from the small Southern churches I'm used to - it's non-denominational, there are hundreds of worshipers every Sunday and foreign passports are required to get in the door.
Yesterday I had a moment though. The bulletin said, "If you want to be baptized, please send an email to the church admin."
This is one aspect of the mega-church that I'll have to get used to. Where I come from calls to the altar are done in person by a pastor, at the end of a service, often with tears and more than a few "amens".
