Caffeine-Free Me - Week 3

I've been on the Skinny Bitch diet for 3 weeks now and I'm feeling good. The first week was a little bit rough, I think I was going through some kind of withdrawal. But last week and this week have been great. My energy level is back to normal and my energy is more sustained - I don't feel the peaks and valleys during the course of the day like I used to.
The diet requires that you eat fruit and only fruit every morning for breakfast. This part is brilliant for someone like me who always forgets to eat the 5 servings of fruit and vegetables every day. With this diet you've already gotten 3 of your 5 servings before 8am.
Even after this 30-day trial is over I'm not going to go back on caffeine. I've already decided that. I might, however, go back on sugar. I'm really missing the occasional cookie or piece of cake.
