Drinking Alcohol: How much is healthy?

The other day I picked up a brochure at the doctor's office called "Drinking Alcohol: How much is healthy?".
Apparently authored by W.C. Fields, it says: "Men should drink no more than four standard drinks each day, women should have no more than two standard drinks a day, and everyone should have at least two alcohol free days a week."
Wait a sec, guys can have 20 drinks from Monday to Friday and still be in the "healthy" range...? Doesn't that seem like an awful lot?
So how do you recognize if you have a drinking problem? The brochure says to ask yourself these questions:
"- Do you sometimes argue with family or friends because of drinking?
- Do you ever get so drunk that you can't remember what you did?
- Do you ever drink to get rid of a hangover?
If you answered yes to one or more questions, think about reducing the amount you drink."
Yes, if you're drinking to get rid of a hangover, start \*thinking\* about reducing the amount you drink...!
