MDM Customer Sucess

Oracle has over 1,175 MDM customers. These customers are experiencing significant ROI from their MDM investments. I thought it would be enlightening to spend a few blogs on some of these stories. One of them is Wind River Systems, a subsidiary of Intel. They had a serious Order-to-Cash business process flow problem. Customer data mismatches between CRM and ERP applications were breaking this critical enterprise process 30% of the time. You can imagine the cost to the business. Oracle Customer MDM brought the error rate down to 1%!

It is an alignment between Business and IT.
