After nearly two extremely enjoyable years with the Email Experience Council, today I officially join Smith-Harmon, an email marketing strategy and creative services agency with a strong focus on the retail market. I’m extremely excited about my new role as their research director and the opportunity to work with the agency’s two wonderful founders, Aaron Smith and Lisa Harmon.
For subscribers to this blog, the main thing that will change is that my new research reports and reportlets will now be available for free in the Resource Center that Smith-Harmon will be launching later this week. You’ll also notice that my blog sidebars now contain information about Smith-Harmon’s service offerings, clients, and blog. If you’re unfamiliar with Smith-Harmon, I encourage you to learn more about them and to sign up for their monthly newsletter, which is full of email marketing tips, news and research.
The other change is that I’ll be working with the Smith-Harmon team to help clients develop email marketing strategies and tactics that put them ahead of the pack. I’ll be participating in client reviews, using my tracking data to perform custom research, and producing exclusive reportlets for Smith-Harmon clients only. To my blog readers who are Smith-Harmon clients, I look forward to working with you to strengthen your email programs.
