Instead of overengineering and deploying everything at once, he recommends using agile methodologies instead.  

Whether you are developing a new ecommerce store, a digital assistant or a chat bot, always start with the customer in mind. What is your top two or three highest-volume or highest-value inquiry or request? Start with a small implementation of that and then iterate from there based on successes and lessons learned.
