Also unchanged is our veteran team of hundreds of experts, each with an average tenure of more than 10 years of industry experience.
However, if you haven’t been keeping a close eye on us recently, we’ve been steadily increasing and expanding our services in ways that make our new name much more representative of our present and our future.
Wider Scope of Services
For nearly two decades, our team has offered traditional consulting services, including implementation, integration, and data migrations, as well as campaign deployment.
However, over time, our services have expanded well beyond that to include a range of agency services, including campaign and channel strategy, channel orchestration, transformation program branding, analytics, data management, creative design, copywriting, coding, content planning, site-tagging, employee communications, program and project management, and thought leadership.
Today, we’re much more akin to an agency than a traditional implementation consultancy, so we wanted our name to reflect that.
Broader Channel Support
Since the mid-2000s, we’ve offered deep expertise in email marketing, including email design, coding, deployment, strategy, and deliverability. In the past 5 years alone, our work in the email marketing space has helped our clients earn more than 50 digital marketing awards since 2017, including W3 Awards, Horizon Interactive Awards, MediaPost Email Insider Awards, and MarCom Awards.
However, over the past decade, we’ve done more and more work for our clients in other channels, including web, loyalty, SMS, mobile push, browser push, social, and even direct mail. And increasingly, all of this channel work is being unified, coordinated, and orchestrated together to create both a critical mass of messaging across channels and coordinated omnichannel journeys.
Today, our work with clients focuses much more on the overall digital experience than just marketing, and our new name reflects that.
More Platforms Supported
Along with that broader channel support, we’ve also expanded the Oracle platforms that we support. In addition to having long worked with clients on Oracle’s B2C marketing platform Responsys and our B2B platform Eloqua, we work with brands to get the most out of our customer data platform Unity, and our real-time targeting engine Infinity Behavioral Intelligence.
We also work with clients using our Fusion Applications across Marketing, Sales, Service, CX Analytics, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and more. For example, we help HR teams send clearer, more impactful employee communications, as well as create more compelling recruiting websites.
Non-Platform Customers Supported, Too
While our primary focus has always been helping Oracle Responsys and Eloqua customers become even more successful, we’re increasingly doing more agency work for Oracle customers who aren’t on either of those platforms. So, for example, even Oracle customers that are using other digital marketing platforms to send their email, SMS, and other campaigns can still have us plan, write, design, and code them.
We also have a long history of working alongside other agencies and consultancies to deliver deep expertise or accelerate projects so deadlines are met and benefits reaped sooner.

While we’re changing our name, we haven’t changed our commitment to crafting digital experiences that are user-friendly, highly effective, and delightful. We continue to maintain high standards for our team of veteran creatives, strategists, data scientists, and technologists. We continue to be closer to Oracle products than any other agency, because we’re part of Oracle. And we continue to stress an interdisciplinary approach that brings together an array of specialists to create award-winning and heart-winning brand experiences.
