This week, we thought we would go back to basics and have a look at what the benchmark dashboard had to say about email response metrics last quarter.
It turns out that the Not For Profit Benchmark index led the charge with a unique open rate of 27% and a unique click through rate of 5%. Proportionally, the click to open rate in financial services was the highest seen at 17%
