How Do You Like Your City? An Insider’s Guide to San Francisco During Interact 2014

Have you heard the news? We’re bringing together B2C and B2B marketing best practice tips, networking, and technology innovations during Interact 2014: A Modern Marketing Experience, July 16-18 in San Francisco. We know it's important to cater to your customers, who want orchestrated experiences across email, mobile, social, display, and the web. To make this a reality, marketers need better data management, improved cross-channel automation, and richer analysis and reporting. The event is focused on helping marketers hone in on the tactics central to effective engagement.

San Francisco is the place to learn about our new shared mission, and the focus to helping advancing marketing to maximize customer experience. Let’s explore modern marketing's bright future!

Join us at Interact 2014!

*Fun fact: The conference ends at 3 p.m. on Friday, so you have the perfect excuse to plan a long weekend in the city by the Bay in lovely San Francisco.

We've curated cool things to do while you're here, regardless of your experiential preference: Tasty, hip, or smart (or, being that smart modern marketer that you are, all three!)

Some tasty tidbits:
Let your inner foodie experience Coqueta, a Spanish Tapas-style waterfront restaurant owned by TV host and award-winning chef Michael Chiarello. Small portions offer up the opportunity to taste everything – bonus.

Take a walk on the wild side. You can hit up Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market on Saturday in front of the Ferry Building and on the rear plaza overlooking the Bay (lovely). Take your pick of fresh fruits, veggies, herbs, and meats from certified organic farmers. Stop by and smell (or pick up) some fresh flowers.

A little bit about where to find the "cool kids":

Get the top-secret treatment by scoring a reservation at speakeasy Wilson & Wilson, where you’ll be inspired by the customer experience and recharged for your trip back!

Check out Health Ceramics for everything from dinnerware to tile from the home, and even score a cup of Joe at Blue Bottle Coffee café (locals warn of its pretentiousness, but sometimes coffee is just that good).

Quench your inner marketing nerd thirst:
Presidio, CA is home to Lucasfilms Headquarters where you can catch a life-sized bronze Yoda statue. While you’re there, check out the beautifully landscaped 17 acre public open park space around the Center.
