We are very happy to congratulate our client Interflora who has won a Gold medal for its floral design exhibit at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The floral exhibit named ‘Succession’ was created by a team of five young florists aged from 21 to 27 years and has been awarded a Gold medal in recognition of the floral creativity and artistry displayed in its concept and construction.
Interflora has been undertaking optimization campaigns with us across multiple devices for over three years now in order to better understand their customers’ behavior and provide them with the best possible experience. We have helped them to undertake a multitude of campaigns that offer personalization, an enhanced customer experience and an opportunity for Interflora to get closer to their customers. We were even jointly shortlisted for last year’s Retail Systems Awards.
Optimization is a key part of Interflora’s brand-wide personalization strategy and is playing a pivotal role in helping them to place the customer at the heart of its operations. Interflora’s overall strategy is ongoing and they are continually looking to understand the data we provide to use it intelligently and effectively to build brand loyalty and improve the customer journey. Through the optimization partnership we have Interflora are able to optimise conversions by delivering a truly personalized customer experience; something we continually offer support in.
The exhibit, which consists of five wire canopy frames each individually designed, has been adorned with beautiful flowers falling in the color palettes of pinks, oranges and yellows. With common features connecting the frames; giving the exhibit a clean, fresh and cohesive appearance.
