Email marketing: The Weekly Inbox volume 70

Please forgive my AWOL status the past few weeks re: The Weekly Inbox. I was consumed by the new cast of Dancing With the Stars and working on algorithms to see if I can predict the winner.

The Weekly Inbox is a collection of email marketing messages from across the retail, travel/hospitality and financial services industries that caught my eye for being clever, forward thinking, creative or just plain awesome.

Welcome back to the next installment of The Weekly Inbox.

Here’s some emails that caught my eye this past week.

Snow Bunny

Not sure where you in the world but here in the NE part of the US, it has been one snowstorm after another which means the Easter bunny is very likely to be a snow bunny this year. The folks at Williams-Sonoma are getting head start or is it a head hop on Easter with this email below. My sweet tooth loves this picture... Yum!

Love this email from Art.com which carried with it the subject line: "Bring Home Masterpieces by Picasso, O'Keefe + SAVE." Very airy, big bold headlines - very nicely done.

The inside track

As previously mentioned those of us in this part of the world have been besieged by a very snow-laden winter, which of course means a lot of time indoors. That makes this email below from Nutrisystem with subject line "Six Simple Tips For Staying Active Inside" very timely indeed.

Someone's in the kitchen with... 

Let's face it, we spend a lot of time in the kitchen and bath, right? So we want those rooms to look their best and so does Kohler. The email below, with the subject line "Explore the latest in kitchen and bath innovations" accompanying it, is very well done for it allows the products to speak for themselves.
