Don’t Miss Our Customer Success Symposium 2014

We are happy to announce that our bi-annual Customer Success Symposium is being held on the afternoon of Thursday 18th September at The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), in central London.

More than two hundred delegates will be in attendance from organizations including Paddy Power, House of Fraser and Orange, who will present how they have improved their online business performance with our help by delivering optimized and targeted customer experiences seamlessly across multiple digital channels and sites.

The presentations will provide delegates with an in-depth insight into some of the key business challenges facing leading online retailers, gaming providers and travel companies as well as education around how an effective optimization and personalization strategy can improve online business performance. There will also be case study examples to demonstrate how putting optimization and personalization at the center of the business can improve overall business performance as well as shape strategic direction.

We also have a great keynote session planned with guest speaker, James McCormick, Senior Analyst, Customer Insights at Forrester Research. Additional client guest speakers include:

  • David Walker, Head of Conversion, Paddy Power
  • James Saukinsey, Insight & Optimisation Manager, House of Fraser
  • Helen Colclough, E-commerce Development Manager, River Island
  • Ady Rugina, Senior Product Manager, Orange
  • Fabian Schwaiger, Conversion, Optimisation and E-Commerce Manager, Sixt
  • Jonathan Hedger, Head of E-commerce, Totaljobs
  • Emilija Frew, Global Head of Online, Tele2
  • Jason Mather, Senior E-commerce Manager, Bennetts

The Success Symposia aim to be highly insightful, practical experiences for existing customers and prospects who may be interested in learning more about customer experience optimization. We also make sure that we operate two presentation tracks to allow those organizations that are more advanced in their optimization strategies to have more in depth discussions, while also sharing the basic principles behind optimization with companies who are new to it.

So don’t miss out on this year’s symposium, register now.
