AM Inbox: Tiffany's Drop A Hint feature

The Retail Email Blog monitors the email marketing campaigns of more than 100 top online retailers. Here are highlights from my inbox this morning:

Tiffany & Co., 12/13 — Drop A Hint (or Two)
In this email Tiffany promotes their “Drop A Hint” feature, which lets people that are interested receiving a particular product for Christmas to send an email to someone letting them know this.

The form is a straight-forward forward-to-a-friend form but I particularly like the preview of message. It would be even nicer if the message was updated with the names of the sender and recipient as the form fields were filled out. It might also be worth testing to see if including an image of the product in the email would improve results, just as shopping cart abandonment emails that do this tend to see better performance.
