Bluefly, 11/25 — Steal-A-Day- Extra 20% off Dresses & Suits - Today Only
Bluefly, 11/24 — Steal-A-Day- Extra 20% off Coats & Jackets - Today Only
These are the last three emails from Bluefly’s five-day Thanksgiving Steal-A-Day campaign; the series started on Nov. 22. The novel thing about this campaign is that it does an excellent job of recycling both ideas and content. First, Bluefly has run the Steal-A-Day campaign before, running a six-day email series around the 4th of July. It’s good to return to a theme that is uniquely yours and that shoppers identify with you. Secondly, whereas in the 4th of July campaign the thieves were stealing merchandise, they’re now stealing pictures of merchandise—pictures that Bluefly has used in other email campaigns. For instance, this picture featured in the Nov. 11 email…
…was used in an Oct. 25 email (Stay Warm - The Perfect Cold Weather Essentials Up to 40% off):
We think this is cleaver way of recycling content and getting the most bang for your creative buck.
