AM Inbox: For smooth skin, apply social media generously

The Retail Email Blog monitors the email marketing campaigns of more than 100 top online retailers. Here are highlights from my inbox this morning:

Sephora, 2/4 — 9 new beauty finds‏
The Sephora Pro Beauty contest is a great example of a retailer using several digital channels in a well orchestrated way. They are hosting the videos and handling the voting on their Facebook page, but they’ve promoted the contest on their Beauty & the Blog, through their sephorablog Twitter account, and now via email. The contest also loops back around the supports their blog because the winner of the contest will become a monthly contributor. Well done.
