Sweden x Czech Republic 7:3

3rd period
Oh my goodness, 3rd period is starting and the score is 6:3. The Czech team is loosing... It was even worse. We lost 5:1 in 2nd period. Then we "almost" get them when we scored two goals in one minute. The Sweden player are really goood. It looks to be interesting in last period...

I cross my fingers and start to pray. Seventeen minutes left for at least 3 goals... Go Czechs Go!

After match
What happend to our defence? When the Tre Kronos are near our goalie then nobody guards them. The seventh goal knocked us down.

Congratulation to Sweden. I have to admit that you were better today. Good luck in final match.

It looks like I won some beers. Am I right, Marcus? Why I am then unhappy? I'd rather see Czech team in final.
Comments:

7-3 for Sweden's Tre Kronor after 3 periods! I couldn't even dream of a score like that. Consider it pay-back for the beating we got in 2004 World Cup Quater Final!

I guess this means I have to pay for a couple of beers, my friend.

Congratulation once more.
The amount of beers is increasing ;) (just kidding).

Who will be your opponent in final? Russia or Finland?

Thank you, Lukas, we'll see later tonight who's playing us in the final, and who's playing the Bronze game against your team. It wasn't a very well played game, in my opinion. Especially the Czech players seemed a little off-beat, and unable to maintain their usual speed in the attacks.

Sweden - Finland is a classic "hate game" (after all, Finalnd was a part of Sweden from the 14'th ceentury until 1809), probably a lot like Czech Republic - Slovakia? But I think we could face bigger problems if we get to play against Russia, we lost 5-0 to them in the group play. We "usually" beat the Finns, so I hope we get them in the final game. ;)

About the beer; if you e-mail me a postal address, I'll send you a couple of cans of Swedish beer (I might even throw in some other typical Swedish things, for your pleasure...) It's not as good as the beer from the Czech Republic, but it's OK. I wonder if it's illegal to send beer through the mail?

Sweden x Finland. North game. I wish you luck. The Finns looked strong tonight.

About the beers... I'm a little bit afraid of the cans. A few cans exploded on the way to US some time ago in someone's bag ;) But we can try it...

I'm using my work address rather than my home address. The postal service is better at the office ;) Please, don't change the order - first my name then SUN. Otherwise they will open the package and I'll definitelly never see anything from it(it isn't hopefully true but ...)

Yes, the Finns showed great spirit last night, so it won't be easy to get the gold. I'm hopefull, though. :)

I'll try sending you some Swedish goodies, and we'll see if they survive the flight... Perhaps well packaged bottles have a better chance of surviving the flight - what do you think?

Yes, let's try it. We will see what happens...

I'll try to find a suitable box to package it in, and send it off on Monday.

Good luck in the Bronze game tonight!
