Incredible number of downloads

I blogged about it week ago. The Mobility Pack downloads are incredible. They are still increasing from the time when 5.0 Beta was released. It seems that we could reach 50.000 this month...

I didn't know what exactly happend that it increased so much. Hinkmond Wong explained it to me. The chinese developers started to download our nice IDE. 52% of them want code in Java ME.
NetBeans + Mobility Pack release localized versions. There are English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese versions.
Comments:

There appears to be a version of the Wireless Toolkit for Solaris SPARC but not for Solaris x86. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a version for x86? Better yet, why doesn't Sun just release the source of the Wireless Toolkit?

Quite hard question.I think that Wireless toolkit won't produce any build for Solaris x86. Why? They think that it isn't big maret to focus on. All the vendors are producing emulators (SDKs) for Windows. Only a few produce SDK even for Linux.

About the sources... I don't know. But did you hear Jonathan? - "All software will be opensourced..." - question is when...
