6 month update 4 (307.9)

Well here is my last blog before going on holiday. More on that later. Well I have made it to 307.9. Yes that ".1" counts :) I have been pretty consistent with the cardio and weights this week. But more consistent with the food intake. Eating healthier but less at one time.

My big challenge will be next week. On holiday. On a cruise ship. What made me choose that plan ? Well if I can survive a week at sea and tons of food then I can survive this challenge on land.

Here's to not coming back at my starting point :(
