6 month update 3 (310)

Well I made it. My January goal that is. I made the 310 mark today. Watching the portions. Cranked the cardio up to 45 minutes. Funny that was the easy part. I find it to be mind clearing. So now I start on the February goal of 300. A good conservative 2 lbs a week. Wish me luck.
