One of the Dysfunctions? Not Cracking the Nutcase?

OK, confession, I'm on my second time through my Dysfunctions book to get more clarity. Not so much because I don't GET IT, but more so because, there's complexity to the five major issues. I don't want to just GET IT, I want to APPLY IT.

Anyway, today I ran across this entry in Penelope Trunk's blog. Here we go, yet 'another' dysfunction (that we all tend to be nutcases at one point or another) and its not even mentioned in my book of the big FIVE.

Perhaps I just should'a been a hairdresser...
