Ticketmaster Fees and Veggie Dogs at Safeco Field

My wife and I recently went to a Mariners game (beat the Padres, woohoo, that is good for the Dodgers) and I was reminded of Ticketmaster's silly practice of charging extra to have the consumer do their job of printing out the tickets.

Yes, it is a convenience for the consumer as well, but it is saving Ticketmaster time and money as they don't have to use ink and paper to print the tickets as well as handle and mail them. Yes, I'm sure they have this fairly automated but since it saves them money wouldn't you think they'd encourage customers to print themselves rather than charging an exorbitant fee to do so?

Similarly, I read here how the music labels are trying to charge more money for providing a service that isn't costing them anything.

And while the Mariners beat the Padres which was great, we were disappointed to find that where the Mariners web-site advertised they'd have veggie dogs for sale, they did not. In fact when I tried to order one I was asked if I wanted onions on a sausage which was not exactly what I had in mind. I did send feedback and got a reply saying they do offer them in the stadium, but still haven't told me where.
