IMS Learning Impact

I arrived in Long Beach last night around midnight after a 3 1/2 hour flight delay at Oakland because the plane we were about to fly got hit by lightening earlier in the day. A great way to start a week for sure. Anyways, headed for breakfast now with David from Sharestream. Then it's off to register and first afternoon of the IMS Learning Impact Conference. Graeme is also here from OSL DEV as we're evaluating K-12 uptake in IMS and whether specs in IMS Digital Services may provide the inter-operability framework guidelines for Oracle Student Learning. Our colleagues in higher ed at Oracle are leaders in the field. Linda will be on a panel or two talking about SAIP and IMS DLS. Graeme and I are keen to see updates at tool and content layers with the LTI spec. Here's a short video from Chuck Severance on LTI vision and basics.
