How win time to the time. That's the question.
How can i build a longer time?, in fact how can i build my life longer?. Whatching my favorite philosophy science program "Redes2.0", in the program called "What is the time?" of Nov 24th of 2008. You can review (Spanish) in a fantastic on demand tv internet service.
David Eagleman "Neuroscientists. Texas Univ"& Eduardo are talking, in summary, if you feel dense emotions, your bring more regards. Later your brain believes it's longer because your regards are extremely dense.
That's the reason for example, you bring more regards on holidays, and you feel your days longer.
Other experiment, you can do it at home, shows you how your brain feels to turn on a light. If you turn it on a lot of times at the beginning your brain feels bit time from the button switch on movement throw the light turn on. After few clicks it feels turn on the light at the same time. But at the end your brain feel the light turned on before even the button is switch on.
It means your brain feels less time in the repeatable acts.
Then two things to win time to the time :
1. Nothing repeatable in your life. Samples, drive home for a different way every day. Take coffee, lunch and dinner in a different place and of course eat different things. Don't shortest your time.
2. Make extra things every days. Build dense regards for your brain. Build longest time.
Live more time and feel it better !!!
