1 way 1 month = Camino de Santiago
After my little week of holidays, i spect run too much for a good work out performance before the bike.
First day of bike should be Saturday May 3rd, then i should bike from 4 to 5 days per week in order to adjust my botton and my performance to the bike.I've planned to bike 4-5 days as well as run 1-2 days. It means 5-6 days of work out in the next month.
When will it start? May 16th. Trip from Madrid to Roncesvalles.
The 11 step to go from Rocesvalles to Santiago de Compostela. This is the steps schedule and distances :
Step 1 Rocesvalles - Pamplona (44km)
Step 2 Pamplona - Logroño (86km)
Step 3 Logroño - Brugos (110km)
Step 4 Burgos - Carrión de los Condes (98km)
Step 5 Carrión de los Condes - Mansilla de las Mulas (76km)
Step 6 Mansilla de las Mulas - Astorga (67km)
Step 7 Astorga - Ponferrada (52km)
Step 8 Ponferrada - O Cebreiro (54km)
Step 9 O Cebreiro - Sarria (50km)
Step 10 Sarria - Palas de Rei (54km)
Step 11 Palas de Rei - Santiago de Compostela (67km)
When should it finish? May 28th on the trip back to home from Santiago de Compostela to Madrid.
Anyway i took holidays from 15th to 30th in order to have one day to prepare the last thing for the adventure and two extra days for any issue or to feel free to stay on extra time for any reason.
