What You Hear Is What You Get

Even though DJ had been familiar with Oracle Dyn for many years, it was only until he started looking for his next career move that he considered working there. Having friends who worked, or had worked, at Oracle Dyn, DJ had heard lots about the company. “I’ve had very close friends who’ve worked here say very positive things about Oracle Dyn and its culture. It’s nice to hear really nice things about a company and then actually get to find out that everything you heard was true,” DJ says.

As an Enterprise Director for the Mideast and Southwest, DJ and his team call on Fortune 500 companies, or larger, for authoritative DNS services and internet performance. “The internet is an interesting place in which security has become a major focus, so we do anything we can to help our customers and end users remain secure. Our work impacts our customers’ ability to provide services to their customers, by limiting their exposure to risk,” DJ explains.

Coming from a medical background, DJ was hoping the positive things he’d heard about Oracle Dyn would help him fit in. “I come from an environment where I wasn’t in an office, so I was a little hesitant about feeling comfortable, but it’s been great! The people that work here are from Sales, to Support, to Engineering, and everyone is seemingly excited to be here and has a good time. Everyone comes in and is positive about what they do; they make coming to work more enjoyable. Performance seems to be a result of the atmosphere at Oracle Dyn,” DJ acknowledges.

Does the culture and atmosphere that DJ describes sound like your kind of place to work? Oracle Dyn has open positions for talented, driven, and innovative professionals like you.
