What kind of roles are you currently hiring for?

BG: We are hiring Cloud Platform Sales Representatives. The role is critical in working with customer executives to understand business initiatives and challenges, and driving technical solutions to enable customer success. The Cloud Platform Rep is the primary link between customers and the Oracle Cloud and Technology pillar.

What kind of special qualities or skills are you looking for?

BG: We are looking for candidates who are driven for success, have strong business acumen, competence in Oracle’s Cloud and Technology solutions, and a highly effective communication style. The ability to collaborate in distributed teams is necessary. The ability to execute complex sales cycles (both internally and externally) is also important. High emotional intelligence and a willingness/desire to learn are also key qualities of our most successful Reps.
