Meet Philippe, the Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q2

Philippe was voted, by his peers, the most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q2, the second quarter of this fiscal! Philippe who is CRM Sales Consultant at Oracle Direct’s Applications Team, has introduced a new idea to rethink the Customer Experience Journey Mapping through a collaborative web application.

This prize is part of a peer nominated recognition programme within Oracle Direct. Philippe's efforts and personal drive have inspired his peers from the Inside Sales Organisation and thus he got the award!

We congratulate Philippe for constantly coming up with new solutions to create the best presentations for our customers and with new techniques to get their attention. With his new approach, it is easier for the Oracle team to help customers understand the value of our CX solution. Philippe is focused on designing creative presentations to persuade our clients, but also shares his ideas and projects with his peers and Managers. Meet Thomas, the Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q1 by Susan Farrelly

Thomas was voted, by his peers,  the most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q1, the first quarter of this fiscal! Thomas, a Business Development Consultant at Oracle Direct’s Applications Team, taught himself how to use and leverage the power of social engagement consistent with Oracle’s Social Media Policy.  From these learning's he provided both his and other applications teams in Dublin with huge amounts of training and has presented his findings to the teams on more than one occasion. It is important to recognise that this isn't just a great idea....it actually works! The results speak for themselves. Thomas is engaging with customers and prospects via their preferred channel of communication and creating a strong personal social brand.

We congratulate Thomas for his efforts of raising Social Media to the next level within Business Development Group. He put a lot of work into Social Selling, as one of the first within the BDG and set the example for a new innovative approach on how to sell anno 2013. He deserves to be recognized for this.

His contribution to social media has been a great inspiration for all Business Development Consultants or Business Relationship Consultants. He knows what he talks about and has great conversion rates out of his social media campaigns. And he doesn't mind sharing his knowledge with everybody...

Spotlight on a career path: Martin, Field Sales@Oracle Denmark

Hi my name is Martin and I joined Oracle a little over a year ago. I have 6 years sales experience with B2B domestic and international accounts. So when Oracle asked me to join them it was natural evolution path for me, as I came from hardware and wanted to take try new challenges in software field. 

 I am currently working in the Broad market team in Denmark as field sales, and my role is handling different industries in the Danish market. My first milestone achievement since I joined Oracle, has been as Team lead in the sale of the first Sparc SuperCluster in the north region. Where my intuition, project management- , political- and interpersonal skills and came in play and developed.

The Broad Market team in the Nordics is a fast moving and evolving organization within Oracle and handles the majority of clients. It’s the place to be, if you want to develop your network and skills in a fast way...
