Over the past year, we worked very hard as a team to make the Oracle Employer Brand a journey that our candidates would not only want to be a part of, but also one that they would remember. From strategy to interviewing, the growing seeds of our efforts have started to blossom as the feedback shared by job candidates on Glassdoor entitled us with the Award for Candidates’ Choice!

We were a winner among nearly 50 other industries for giving one of the best candidate experiences during interviews. Having the highest ratings (61%) in our industry (Enterprise Software & Network Solutions) for positive interview experience did not come easy, but we are proud to celebrate them and to share some of the lessons we’ve learned on the way.
