Meet Nico, the Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q3

The ‘Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q3’ is Nico, Inside Sales Representative at Oracle Direct’s Tech team! He is the one who gave a new meaning to marketing within Oracle Direct Berlin! He always surprises our customers with creative marketing actions and inspires his colleagues to do the same. Nico is the right believer who proved that to think different can generate competitive advantage.

We congratulate Nico for introducing a new way to talk to the customers! He is not only involving Sales Consulting to his customer meetings, but he also surprises the clients. Meet Philippe, the Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q2

Philippe was voted, by his peers, the most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q2, the second quarter of this fiscal! Philippe who is CRM Sales Consultant at Oracle Direct’s Applications Team, has introduced a new idea to rethink the Customer Experience Journey Mapping through a collaborative web application.

This prize is part of a peer nominated recognition programme within Oracle Direct. Philippe's efforts and personal drive have inspired his peers from the Inside Sales Organisation and thus he got the award!

We congratulate Philippe for constantly coming up with new solutions to create the best presentations for our customers and with new techniques to get their attention. Daniela Becker-Russell scoops top award at the International Women In Sales Awards 2013 in London

Daniela Becker-Russell was recognised as the Most Distinguished Sales Woman at the International Women in Sales Awards held on 4th December at the Savoy in London. The Women in Sales Awards recognises the most exemplary women in Sales across Europe in eight different business sectors. The awards were designed to bring a greater awareness of the benefits of gender diversity in sales and in executive sales leadership teams.

Not only did Daniela win the category of Best Woman in Software Sales 2013 but she was also awarded the top accolade for most distinguished Sales Woman of the Year, winning a Golf TDI for a year.

Oracle’s First Ever GAA Team Wins Dublin GAA Inter-Firms Championship

Oracle’s first ever GAA Team recently beat off serious competition to win the Dublin GAA Inter-Firms Championship recently. The unusual GAA Team consisted of non-irish players who had previously no experience in playing Ireland’s indigenous sport.

The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) is an Irish amateur sporting and cultural organisation, focused mainly on promoting Gaelic games such as hurling, gaelic football and camogie.

Despite the fact that the #Oracleteam were newcomers to the game, having only been set up in the past few months, the team saw off the competition from other well-seasoned firms such as ESB, Deloitte, Media Gaels and Citi Group.

Meet Thomas, the Most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q1 by Susan Farrelly

Thomas was voted, by his peers,  the most Innovational person in Oracle Direct EMEA of Q1, the first quarter of this fiscal! Thomas, a Business Development Consultant at Oracle Direct’s Applications Team, taught himself how to use and leverage the power of social engagement consistent with Oracle’s Social Media Policy.  From these learning's he provided both his and other applications teams in Dublin with huge amounts of training and has presented his findings to the teams on more than one occasion. It is important to recognise that this isn't just a great idea....it actually works! The results speak for themselves. Thomas is engaging with customers and prospects via their preferred channel of communication and creating a strong personal social brand.

We congratulate Thomas for his efforts of raising Social Media to the next level within Business Development Group. He put a lot of work into Social Selling, as one of the first within the BDG and set the example for a new innovative approach on how to sell anno 2013. He deserves to be recognized for this.

His contribution to social media has been a great inspiration for all Business Development Consultants or Business Relationship Consultants. He knows what he talks about and has great conversion rates out of his social media campaigns. And he doesn't mind sharing his knowledge with everybody...
