Reach Your Professional Potential – The Diogo Caixeta Story

Manuel Angel Castillo
LAD Employer Branding Lead

The Oracle Class Of program is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales. Not only does it offer the opportunity to work at a world-class company, but it also offers the chance to learn from industry leaders, create a professional network, and develop valuable skills. Originally launched in just the United States, the Class Of program has expanded to Latin America and it’s already written stories of professional success.

Diogo Caixeta is a jogger and film buff from Brazil. He graduated from the Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo, and joined the Class Of program in August 2016. After graduating he was looking for a performance-driven environment and a great company culture, and he found that in Oracle.

When it comes to valuable professional lessons, Diogo highlights how his managers and mentors have taught him to behave like an owner and take full control of his career. This mindset has allowed him to grow and develop new skills that have made him a more complete professional that’s tech-driven and client-focused.

Meeting people has also been one of the highlights of Diogo’s Class Of experience. Not only does he interact with people in the Sao Paulo office, but being in a global company allows for interaction with people from all over the planet, which creates even more learning opportunities.

Plus, digital transformation is changing the way business is done, and being in the company that’s at the forefront of the movement allows for exciting opportunities to break new ground and innovate. The culture, the people, and the environment have allowed Diogo to thrive and exceed even his own expectations.
