1. Top analyst firm names Oracle ERP Cloud a 'Leader.'
In October 2018, the leading industry analyst firm, Gartner, listed Oracle ERP Cloud as the only Leader (out of 14 products evaluated) in its Magic Quadrant for Cloud ERP for Product-Centric Midsize Enterprises research report.
Then in May 2019, Gartner named Oracle ERP Cloud as a Leader for the third consecutive time in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large and Global Enterprises.
2. Oracle’s cloud application business is growing faster than our competitors.
Kazim Isfahani, director, ERP Strategy, Oracle product development, says, “We are far above our competitors in the ERP cloud market, with routine wins against both traditional competitors and the upstarts.”
One big reason we’re winning more deals, Kazim explains, is that we have a history of subject matter expertise in ERP. “We’ve been at this for a long time—six-and-a-half years as a cloud ERP offering and before that, over two decades of experience in the on-premises market. Our cloud product benefits from all those years of experience we have gathered in building our ERP products. Since we are experts in ERP, we know what a robust ERP system looks like and the kind of value it must deliver for our customers.”
We understand that our customers’ success is our success, Kazim says. “Our entire organization is built on this premise. That’s why customers rate Oracle highly when it comes to support and satisfaction.”
The proof is in the numbers. Today, more than 6,000 customers are running their businesses in the Oracle ERP Cloud,” Kazim says.
In our recent earnings report, Oracle CEO Mark Hurd announced, "Our Fusion ERP and HCM cloud applications suite revenues grew 32% in FY2019. Our NetSuite ERP cloud applications revenues also grew 32% this year.”
These strong results extend Oracle's already commanding lead in worldwide cloud ERP, Mark said, adding, “Our cloud applications businesses are growing faster than our competitors."
3. Oracle ERP Cloud is the most complete solution in the market.
A distinct advantage we have, Kazim says, is innovation. “Because of our size, scope, and resources, we can evaluate new technologies quickly and incorporate them into our product continuously.”
For example, when a customer reads about new and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or Internet of Things—we have the people and resources to deliver, Kazim says. “Because of the cloud delivery model and our development approach, we are able to embed these innovations directly into the product, allowing our customers to rapidly deploy them into their organizations.”
It used to be that customers had to wait years before a new technology or enhancement made it into the next version of a product. Today, with Oracle ERP Cloud, customers have a wealth of technology innovations available at their fingertips, he says.
Kazim sees a very sunny outlook for Oracle ERP Cloud. “We truly have the best solution. No other ERP software vendor out there can match the breadth and depth of what we offer.”
