That’s not an easy question to answer! Every day is different because we help customers with a really diverse range of issues. I enjoy the part where I work with the customer to build a picture of ‘what success looks like.’ Then I come back to my CX team to break it down, and together we figure out who and what is needed to make their vision of success a reality.

I love solving problems and I especially enjoy the process of working to understand what customers are trying to do and finding ways to help them. I get a kick out of it when they tell me about all the ways our solution has improved their business. It’s very rewarding work.
