Oracle India Campus Koffee Konnect Program Part 2

Oracle Management Speaks on Koffee Konnect: Atul Aggarwal , Senior Manager – Oracle OWSM

I was at BITS Pilani on the 5th and 6th of April to connect with campus recruits as part of Oracle's Koffee Konnect program and was accompanied by two colleagues from Oracle NOIDA.

Being an alumnus of BITS Pilani, I was looking forward to visit my alma-mater after 10 long years, and believe me, it was an awesome experience to be back there in Pilani.

We met students at around 5:30 PM on 5th April and had around 30 Graduates who participated in this event. They all seemed very positive and exuded a lot of energy and vibrancy. The students seemed quite well-informed about Oracle. In fact some of them went into the details about the various offices in India and  our work culture. We answered their queries related to Job locations and the nature of the work we do. In general, they were over-joyed and it seems that with this program/event, we left a lasting impression with the students.

I personally feel that with this event Graduates will get a sense of belonging and will feel strongly that they are part of one Happy Big Oracle family. Such was the response that some of the higher degree students showed their interest in doing their practice school (mandatory training as part of course curriculum) in Oracle itself. After having a discussions with them, We invited them to join us over for cool drinks/beverages in the famous Connaught place in Pilani campus. Some of the students joined us and we had very fruitful discussions with them about various topics like Oracle Open World, Work Life Balance, Flexi-hours etc....  The students seemed very upbeat, enthusiastic and were very keen to be part of Oracle family as soon as possible.
