Jennifer is a Regional Manager for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)’s Higher Education business. For her, motivation is seeing her team of Sales Managers succeed. “My main goal is to make sure that I enable my team with the tools that they need to be successful, to get to know our customers, provide them with the solutions they need and close the sale,” Jennifer explains. “When people feel empowered, and they have the resources they need to succeed, it makes for happier, much more successful sales leaders.”
Building customer relationships is important to Jennifer. She spends most of her day coaching her team on how to understand customers’ challenges and goals to provide the most value to their business. “Although we want to close the sale quickly, it’s important we stop, listen and learn from our customers, so we help them remove any roadblocks from their path to success.” Jennifer shares.
