Why is now an exciting time to join your team?

These unprecedented times are an odd confluence of a truly global health challenge coupled with modern-age technology. It’s in situations like these when the strength and efficacy of our public services institutions are most vital. From policy to safety, health to education, emergency response to unemployment insurance, as a society we look to government entities for assistance and a guiding hand.

These government entities—federal, state and local, provincial, and education—are the very same that Oracle North America Public Sector serves. You can trace Oracle’s origins back to early work with the public sector. We’re a decades-long standing partner in their mission, and our partnership has never been more relevant. With our FedRAMP High Authorization, IL5 authorizations, and deep investments in public sector-specific requirements, we’re in a great position to help our customers modernize their technology and securely manage data, address critical business opportunities, and connect citizens with essential services.

Through CEO sponsorship, Oracle’s Public Sector business is expanding our investment in our people, our capabilities, and our brand to provide a transformative, value-based engagement. Together, we’ll co-create the future with true enterprise data-management capabilities and deployment model choice.

For what types of roles are you hiring?

We’re looking for thoroughly modern technology sales professionals and technical experts with experience in both public sector verticals, as well as commercial. The ideal candidates possess acute problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. They’re value-oriented and comfortable with social selling and networking. These positions demand integrity and transparency, and a laser focus on being a trusted partner to our institutions and agencies.

What do people like most about being part of this team?

Our group supports those entities that are foundational to the stability of our society. This is not a job; it’s a passion to enhance foundational services through the introduction and deployment of cutting-edge technology. We benefit from an expansive breadth and depth of products and capabilities to help our Public Sector customers. This portfolio includes all core cloud capabilities: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, in addition to our license capabilities across the applications and technology stack, deployed @ customer or @ Oracle in our Gen2 cloud.

Oracle has collaborated with our government agencies for decades. It’s in our DNA. We encourage our teammates to take risks and think creatively to serve our base by collaborating with Business Development, Solution Architecture, and Management groups. Our teammates acquire firsthand experience and best practices, and learn essential steps to make customer transformations successful.

How does that sound? Are you ready to join Pat’s team and bring cutting-edge innovation to government? Click here to apply today. Create the future with us.
