What made you want to join the Oracle CX team?
ET: Oracle has the most comprehensive solution in the CX industry, with the breadth and scale to meet the market needs of today and the future. I was looking for an opportunity to expand my market knowledge and help drive our growth strategy. Oracle is a win/win for me, where I’m able to broaden my skills while helping execute on our growth.
How has being part of Oracle CX met or exceeded your expectations since joining?
ET: The people at Oracle are amazing. We have extensive depth to our talent, as well as strong support structures we leverage to help. I’m humbled to work with such a diverse, talented, and friendly family!
What would you tell someone considering joining the team?
ET: To me it’s all about opportunity. Whether it’s today or the future, Oracle is uniquely able to provide an endless amount of opportunity. For example, sales executives can broaden their skills, learn to work with an excellent organization, and exceed their personal goals. Over time, they can grow within or outside the Sales group. The CX market is one of the fastest-growing markets available; with Oracle, there are endless possibilities.
What do you enjoy the most about being part of Oracle?
ET: It’s really two things: one is learning; I love to learn and take on challenges to expand my knowledge base. The second is contribution; within a short period, I’ve been able to contribute to my team and the broader company.
