The SOSUG SAN presentation -- with 1000 elephants!

Ok, now that you're reading this I have to apologise --- I couldn't get approval for purchasing 1000 elephants :-( I did, however, get hassled by lots of people both internal and external to put my SOSUG SAN presentation up. So here it is: Getting to know the SAN stack.

For those readers who are in (or can get to!) Brisbane, I'll be talking about this at the SAGE Qld meeting on the 9th of March.

Leadville Fabric Boot Support

This is the same information that I presented in my talk to SOSUG in late January and which various people expressed interest in. I've had a busy time since then --- sorry for the delay in getting this up.

NWS is \*finally\* opensourced!

I just saw an email from my director in DMG announcing that we have finally open-sourced the NWS consolidation. It's about darned time! We've got a community for storage already active (hi Cyril!) which you can see at http://opensolaris.org/os/community/storage. That's the url to go for the source, our build tools, release notes and general info. Funnily enough, for all the hassling that richlowe has been giving me on #opensolaris, I can't see an OpenSolaris profile for him.... :-D Oi! Rich! NWS is here at last. Congratulations to all concerned with the effort. Now I'll have to re-write my SOSUG talk --- with code pointers.
