Recovering Publicist

Shel Israel, who describes himself as "a recovering publicist," is looking for "case studies of companies who have used the social media to improve conversations with their customers and to start conversations with prospects" for a book he's writing. I think we qualify, don't you? Give him a shout and tell him how BSC has changed things around here.
