Today sat on a Panel at the INBOX Conference. The moderator was David Ferris of Ferris Research.
Session Topic: "Business Continuity: Lessons of Deliverying 24x7 Mission-Critical Email"
Most of my presentation was around the user's expectation of Email as a Utility. I compared Email to the Water Company. Not very technical given that my fellow panelist were CEOs.
