Native encoding for 7 languages

Here are the native encoding used and supported by Outlook Connector:

Locale Native Encoding
Ja_JP EUC-JP, ISO-2022-JP, Shift-JIS
es_ES iso-8859-1, win-1252, latin9
fr_FR iso-8859-1, win-1252, latin9
de_DE iso-8859-1, iso-8859-2, win-1250, win-1252, latin9
zh_CN GB2312, GB18030, HZ, GBK
zh_TW Big5, EUC-TW
ko_KR EUC-KR

This means we ensure you can write emails in those encoding without having any trouble. We do test it during our testing cycles.
You can of course use as well UTF-8 and UTF-7 encodings.
Comments:

Note: the correct name for win-1252 is cp-1252
