Looks very interesting for all being engaged with setting up a meaningful metric system for IT Service Management implementations. Want to have a look at the TOC of the book?
I just bought it and will post a review after I went through.
But keep in mind, there will never be a metric system out of the box which covers your situation. It'll always be - and need to be - a custom one, set up for your unique situation/environment.
