Disclaimer: this is a working document. The content may change before 24.10 is available. Please re-visit this post before the actual release.

Common Features

Automation Core

Welcome to Oracle Robotic Process Automation (RPA)!

Release 24.10 showcases the soft release of our RPA offering within Oracle Integration.

24.10

With the release of 24.10, OIC3 not only performs app to app, API-based automation, it can also leverage software robots to perform UI-based automation. Build a robot when an application doesn't have APIs, when the APIs are inaccessible, or when integration development resources aren't available.

If you would like to try this new RPA feature in Oracle Integration 3, then submit the following Service Request:

  • Subject: "Enable OIC-RPA"
  • Body: Include OIC3 Instance OCID

Please see the detailed blog post here.

Oracle Managed Disaster Recovery

Customer-managed OIC disaster recovery has been available for some time. Now, with 24.10, Oracle can take care of all disaster recovery setup, management, and synchronization between the primary and secondary instances.

This release showcases the soft release of our Oracle-managed disaster recovery feature. With Oracle-managed disaster recovery for OIC 3, you can fail over quickly from natural or human-made disasters and receive the business continuity you expect from us.

This initial release of Oracle-managed disaster recovery supports the following OIC components:

  • Integrations
  • File Server

Please see the detailed blog post here.

Oracle Integration Projects

Oracle Integration projects now support B2B.

Project Dependency Diagram Enhancements

With the 24.10 release, you can now print the dependency diagram.

OIC B2B now supports AS4.

You now also have the ability to accept B2B transaction messages even if they are in error. This allows you to continue processing even if there are validation errors.
