Delisting of unsupported HCM SOAP APIs

Raghu Kolar

Oracle HCM Cloud supports a set of SOAP services. They are listed at link. Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter which is part of Oracle Integration Cloud, should list only the supported SOAP services and ignore any other HCM SOAP services.  Support for displaying only the supported SOAP services has been added in the OIC release of This support can be enabled via Feature Flag (oic.cloudadapter.adapters.hcmsoapapis-ignore).

Behavior of new Integration flows:

Once the feature flag is turned on, end users will be able to access only the HCM services listed in link mentioned in introduction, when they try to create new integration flows. The adapter wizard will list only the services documented as supported.

Behavior of old Integration flows:

End users will be able to edit, view and activate old integration flows as before. Old integration flows will not have any impact because of this change in adapter. If a new adapter endpoint is added to old integration flow, only the supported HCM services will be available for consumption.

Note: The end user experience will be uniform across all Fusion Application Adapters like, Oracle Engagement Cloud Adapter, Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter along with Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter. This support does not have any impact on REST resources accessible via Fusion Adapters.
