Big Changes are Afoot

Antony Reynolds
Senior Director Integration Strategy

We are excited to announce improvements in how you navigate and use Oracle Integration!

What: We've enhanced the navigation experience so it's quicker and easier to move around Oracle Integration. Adjusting to a new way of navigating can be challenging the first time, but we are convinced you'll soon appreciate the improvements which should give you a faster and friendlier user experience.

What’s been added? We're rolling out a consumption chart that shows how many messages you are consuming. The chart doesn't yet include VBCS or Insight messages. But we want to provide you with this useful functionality as soon as we can. In addition to faster page loading we also simplified the user experience by providing inline editing of connections

Where can I read about changes? We have blogs on Integration Monitoring and Scheduling pages - Progressive Web App UI Experience and Integration Designer Pages - Progressive Web App UI Experience that explain the changes.  In addition our Oracle Ace Ankur Jain has posted a brilliant video to show you the benefits of the new UI.

When will I see it?  We plan on releasing this in the next few days and so expect to see them in your instance around 8 June.

How can customers get notifications of such major changes via their my services notification dashboard? UKGovernment seem to have little or no notification of these changes via official channels. The UI changed in the middle of training.

Just wondering how we can avoid such drastic changes to the environment with better notice

    Thanks
