Last week at Oracle Open World, Marsh U.S. Consumer spoke about how the company plans to transform policy administration and billing in its Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) operation using Oracle Insurance Policy Administration and Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing solutions.
