Thanos Terentes Printzios
EMEA A&C Technology Adoption Manager

Apache Spark was launched decade ago as an open-source project at UC Berkeley. Today, the technology powers big data because of its ability to use cluster computing for data preparation and computational functions, allowing for powerful parallel processes that maximizes the ability to handle big data projects.

Recently, Oracle launched new Oracle Cloud Data Science Platform cloud services, with Apache Spark technology being leveraged, with no infrastructure to deploy or manage, helping customers running Spark applications easier and faster than ever before.

Oracle Data Flow OverviewOracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Flow is a fully managed service for running Apache Spark applications. It allows developers to focus on their applications and provides an easy runtime environment to execute them. It has an easy and simple user interface with API support for integration with applications and workflows. You do not need to spend any time on the underlying infrastructure, cluster provisioning, or software installation.

Join us on the Partner Webcast to understand how you can use OCI Data Flow service for your Apache Spark applications at enterprise level.
