The Industry's Leading
In-Memory Data Grid Solution.

Oracle Coherence is an
in-memory data grid solution that enables organizations to predictably scale
mission-critical applications by providing fast and reliable access to
frequently used data. Oracle Coherence was originally designed as being a
cache, but it has evolved significantly from its caching roots.

Coherence provides
replicated and distributed (partitioned) data management and caching services
on top of a reliable, highly scalable peer-to-peer clustering protocol. By
automatically and dynamically partitioning data, Oracle Coherence ensures
continuous data availability, even in the event of a server failure. Coherence
has no single points of failure; it automatically and transparently fails over
and redistributes its clustered data management services when a server becomes
